An industry veteran , Ashwani carries vast experience in Training and nurturing . A True Gandhian Soul , born in 1961 his initial Schooling happened in Gandhi Ashram and he graduated from Haryana State Institute of Catering and Management , Kurukshetra in year 1982 and was trained under the aegis of Taj Group for almost 24 years in Mumbai , Delhi , Nepal , Udaipur, Jodhpur till 2006. He was the integral part of Taj Upgradation teams for many Taj Hotels . He also established non Airline catering business and business lounge at IGI airport, Delhi for Taj SATS and contributed greatly to the formative years of Taj Wilderness ,

In 2006, he started his own wilderness project and operated Chitvan Jungle Lodge until 2015. His strong desire to do more led him to become the Operational Director for all of our projects since 2016.

Ashwani has a proven track record of developing work culture and helping teams succeed by guiding people into the right roles, developing talent, encouraging communication, and empowering team members to take care of business and each other.
